As you can tell, there are many conference call service companies out there that are all trying to gain your business. Each of them have a general service that all the others have, but some have gone above and beyond just the general service. The main thing to look at is to make sure that they offer a service that you need. What good is a conferencing service if they cannot provide what your needs are! The next big thing is to look at the price. If you are a business, then price will be a factor because you do not want to spend a lot of money for a conferencing service that you could get by another company for a lot cheaper. Check the prices! Be very careful of some companies that say the charge per minute, but “forget” to tell you that the rate if per person!! Just make sure you are aware of it before purchasing the service!
